Our approach to UK GDPR / EU GDPR, including lawful bases, processors, and how to exercise your rights.
Last updated: 20 August 2026. nabiboTechnologies is committed to processing personal data fairly, lawfully, and transparently under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR where applicable, and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Principles
We apply data minimisation, purpose limitation, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality, and accountability. Privacy is considered when we add features such as accounts, chat, and file uploads.
2. Lawful bases
- Contract — accounts, quotes you request, support you ask for.
- Legitimate interests — securing the site, answering business enquiries, improving service quality (balanced against your rights).
- Consent — non-essential cookies and optional marketing.
- Legal obligation — tax, regulatory, and information requests we must meet.
3. Special category data
We do not seek health, biometric, or other special-category data through this website. Please do not send it in chat or forms.
4. Processors
Hosting, backup, and email providers act as processors under written terms that require confidentiality, security, and deletion or return of data at the end of the service.

6. Exercising rights
Email privacy@nexorait.example from the address we hold, or provide enough information to identify you. We will respond within one month, or explain if we need more time or cannot comply (for example where an exemption applies). There is no fee unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
7. Breach notification
If a personal data breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights we will notify the relevant authority without undue delay and, where the risk is high, inform affected individuals.
