How nabiboTechnologies collects, uses, and protects personal data.
Last updated: 20 August 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how nabiboTechnologies (“nabiboTechnologies”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit nabiboTechnologies websites, request a quote, create an account, use live chat, or otherwise contact us.

2. Data we collect
- Identity and contact data: name, email, phone, company, and job role you provide on forms or chat.
- Account data: login email, hashed password, role, and last activity.
- Enquiry data: messages, product interest, attachments you upload in chat.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers.
- Consent records: cookie choices and the time they were recorded.
3. Why we process data
- To respond to quotes, support, and chat (legitimate interests / contract).
- To create and secure accounts (contract).
- To operate the website, prevent abuse, and keep logs (legitimate interests).
- To send service messages you request (consent or contract).
- To meet legal obligations such as tax, security, and GDPR requests.
4. Legal bases (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)
Depending on the activity we rely on Article 6(1)(b) contract, 6(1)(c) legal obligation, 6(1)(a) consent (non-essential cookies and optional marketing), or 6(1)(f) legitimate interests (site security, answering business enquiries, improving services). You may object to legitimate-interest processing at any time.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with hosting providers, email delivery, IT security vendors, and professional advisers under contract. If you request a product quote we may share relevant details with authorised hardware vendors solely to fulfil that request.
6. International transfers
If data is processed outside the UK/EEA we use an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses plus supplementary measures where required.
7. Retention
Enquiries and chat transcripts are kept for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for a contract, dispute, or legal claim. Accounts remain until deleted. Cookie consent logs are kept for 13 months. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and you may withdraw consent. Contact privacy@nexorait.example. You may also complain to your supervisory authority (for example the ICO in the UK or your EU DPA).
9. Security
Passwords are hashed. Access to admin tools is role-restricted. Uploaded files are stored outside the public web root and scanned by type and size. No method of transmission is 100% secure; please avoid sending unnecessary special-category data in chat.
10. Children
Our services are intended for business users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We will post updates on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be notified by email if you have an account.
